1940s' Vintage Under Dash Thermo-Control Heater Lighter Defroster

I got this in a swap meet inventory buyout 25 years ago. The old guy I bought the stuff from would buy a complete car and dismantle it saving all the good stuff and marking the parts. Unfortunately he didnt put any markings on this piece and there are no part numbers on it. It looks like 1940's Mopar to me but I cant find anything like it on the web. The panel had defroster, and fog light switches but they are gone now. Cool looking piece whatever it came off of LOL!  WYSIWYG! Thanx
