IT NEEDS A CLEANING INSIDE AND OUT. It kind of smells lovely because a long time ago it was used to bring apple cider to tailgating. But if you intend to use it and not display it, yeah it needs a good scrubbing. It's not faded anywhere. The straps still have their original plastic pins holding them together. No big scuffs or dings or dents. Really good condition.
