Undated but circa 1910 edition.7 1/2 x 9 1/4" hardcover is quarter bound in a gray cloth spine and stiff, printed pictorial boards. The book has plate illustrations of the eye, ear, nose, and throat with over 270 parts shown in folding layers. A Fair to Good copy. the front board has water spots to the outer edge and a 3" diagonal surface crack to the top right corner. The rear board also has a corner surface crack with a slight crease to the upper left corner. Dust spotting to the cloth spine. The text pages are still stapled to each other, but are detached from the book. The eye illustration has a tear to the inner folded iris. The iris is still attached but fragile. The other three models are all in very good working condition with tears
