Made by Stanley Home Products when they headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts, this brush is of the highest quality. If you know Stanhome, you know that their products were made to last.
There was a note in with this brush indicating it as a glass brush. This brush is designed to get to  the bottom of things, such as your glasses, jars and thermoses. It can be used by itself or with a cloth over the bristles, and is so much more convenient than trying to stuff a washcloth into your glass to clean all the way down.
At 13" long, it can be used for many jobs. The brush part alone is over 5" long and nearly 2" across, and the handle is also 5" long, giving you a large gripping area. Nylon bristles twisted into a double strand of sturdy "wire" make for a long lasting  brush that will serve you well.
