If the item is received in much worse cosmetic condition compared to before it was initially sent that might also have led it to stop working, we will deduct the 20% restocking fees from this transaction. + If Doesn't fit, Doesn't like or order by mistake...etc:  20% restocking fees will be automatically deducted from the refund.  + Under any particular reasons, the item needs to be returned to us first (as we cover it) before we could proceed to the next step by sending refund or replacement.
