K&H Pet Thermo-Pond Perfect Climate Deluxe Pond De-Icer UNTESTED

I have NOT TESTED THIS - I purchased it at a liquidation store as "new" but have not had any opportunity to test it - I have no way to freeze enough water to put it in and see if it works!! And we don't live in an area cold enough to get freezing water outside to test it! I don't know any other way to test it, so selling as is!!
