How to Better Keep Your Food Warm/Cool
For better effect, please pour hot & cold water in the storage jar to preheat or pre-cool for 3~5mins before packing food.
The bottom layer has the best insulation performance.It is recommand to hold liquid food like Soups, Porridge or Dessert in the bottom layer to keep all 3 layers hot or cold.
If you won't have the liquid food in the bottom layer,you can hold some boiled water or ice water to help keeping warm or cold
Factors will affect the insulation
（1）Amount of Food: If the food is less than 3/4 of the insulated lunch box,it may reduce the insulation capability.
（2）Original Temperature of Food: We suggest heating the food to a temperature high enough to get a good insulation result.The higher the initial temperature of the food, the better the insulation effect
