Only tested for power. Unit does power on and the handle turns but there is a grinding noise. When the unit is off and it get's turned, it doesn't make a grinding noise. There are scratches and scuffs from previous use. The buttons do work. Comes with the blade and blade holder. Please inspect the photos for the exact condition and to see what the unit has on it. Power cable included. No other cables or accessories included. AS-IS FOR PARTS UNTESTED
