Warranty service is conducted at our Orlando, Florida facility unless otherwise specified in writing. Buyers bear packing
and transportation costs for warranty repair returns. This warranty constitutes the sole remedy available to purchasers
from Amp Tech Solutions LLC.

Our Recertification Process
Step 1: Acquisition
We source used lab equipment from a variety of sources, including pharmaceutical companies,
research institutions, and government agencies. We only acquire equipment that is in good condition
and has a history of being well-maintained.
Step 2: Inspection and Cleaning
Once we acquire a piece of equipment, it is thoroughly inspected and cleaned by our trained technicians.
This includes disassembly, cleaning of all parts, and inspection for any signs of wear or damage.
Step 3: Repair and Replacement
If any parts are found to be worn or damaged, they are repaired or replaced with OEM (original equipment manufacturer)
parts to ensure that the equipment functions like new.
