The Heratherm IGS180 is a gravity convection incubator from Thermo Scientific that’s an everyday workhorse, great for routine applications in pharmaceutical, medical, food, and research laboratories. The gentle airflow allows users to gradually heat samples with minimal drying out. The 6.9 cu ft interior is lined with corrosion-resistant, polished stainless steel and a tempered glass door to let users monitor progress without disturbing the environment. This Heratherm incubator works well for yeast growth, paraffin embedding, bacterial research, egg incubation, insect and fish egg hatching, microbiology, and much more. The Heratherm IGS180 has an intuitive control panel with soft buttons, an RS232 interface, and an internal calibration control to help maintain a consistent and accurate temperature. The temperature range can be set between 5°C above ambient up to 75°C, with uniformity of ±0.6°C and stability of ±0.2°C.
