Thermo King VHU7 M1 Bus Underfloor DH7 M3 Driver Heater Wiring Diagrams Thermo King VHU7 M1 Underfloor DH7 M3 Driver Heater TK 40544 (9/92) The VHU7 M1 is a one-piece heater assembly that installs underneath the bus.  System controls are located in a control box mounted in the front right heater coil compartment of the unit.  Access to the control box is from underneath the bus through a hinged access door.
The DH7 M3 drivers heater supplies heated air to the driver and to the windshield for defrosting.  It is mounted under the driver's floor riser, and the assembly consists of a heater core, blower motor, fan wheel, control valve and air filter.  The circulating water pump provides heated water to the unit through tubing routed through the bus sidewalls.  The intake air filter in front of the heater core is removable through the hatched access lid at the bottom of the heater unit.
