This hotplate comes with a power cable. No other attachments are included.
There is a spot to plug in an external probe. Their website calls it:
Thermo Scientific™ Hastelloy PT1000 External Probe
Max temperature is 530°C or 1,004°F. Be careful! Center will get hotter much quicker than the edges.
