The Thermo Super Nuova+ Hotplate offers dependable heating with safe operation in a digital repeatable instrument. This hotplate has a 7.25 x 7.25” ceramic platform that’s bright white for excellent contrast against samples while being corrosion resistant and ideal for heat retention and distribution. The display of this digital hotplate is raised to channel spills away from components and is easy to read. The control center shows not only the users set points for time temperature and speed, but it also shows the actual parameters simultaneously, while also warning users when the surface is hot.
The Super Nuova Plus reaches a maximum temperature of 450°C with a resolution of 0.1°C. and has a speed range of between  50 to 1500 rpm. Users can also create up to three quick access programs for frequently used protocols. At the rear of this hotplate is a mount for a stand to securely hold a temperature probe for monitoring of samples, while at the side is user-adjustable over-temperature protection to prevent thermal runaway.
