I'm not familiar with these, but after watching a video on YouTube, I was able to make it heat up the water. It did take a good amount if time for it to get the water hot, im not sure if that's normal but it did have alot of Water to heat up. I tried to see if it would cool down the water and it didn't. I'm not sure if this model is supposed to make water cold or not but it didn't.
Since im not familiar with these, im selling it "as is " for parts or repair. I don't know if its fully functional. It did shoot out water from the inside tube. I'm not sure if the hoses shown is part of it, it came with it so im including it. It will come as shown only. See the pictures for the exact condition.
