Up for sale is this very old Thermos. The body is made of aluminum. Has several small dents throughout but nothing that impedes any functions. The cork lid is the original one. You can still read “Thermos Brand” on the top. The glass is in very good condition. No cracks anywhere. The only metal is the insert that holds the glass in place. That piece has extensive rust but is still functional. The height (withe the cup/lid) is 10 in. The diameter at the bottom is 3 in. The diameter at the mouth is 1 3/4 in. The cup is pretty small. It holds 4 oz. to the very top. On the bottom of the Thermos it reads “Thermos Trade Mark No. 25 Pat. No. 13093-March-15-10 Design Patent Apr. 11, 1916.”
