Vintage Stripe Aluminum Thermos
Bright stripes in pink white green yellow orange
Inner liner is glass
Wood stopper
Aluminum top
Double handles
Approx 13" tall and 4" diameter
The glass appears intact. The outer aluminum has one small ding and a couple scratches. There is some rust at the bottom.
From what I can find out about these thermoses is that they were used by the Chinese to bring hot water for tea.
The colors are vivid - fun and funky! Would recommend swapping the stopper if you want to use it.
I think it is from the 1960s or 70s. I haven't found others with these colors
