Vintage Thermos Brand Wooden Ice Bucket With Metal Lid and Wood Knob. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Thermos brand Wooden Ice Bucket in very good used vintage condition; please carefully refer to pictures. Exterior is made of wood with metal barrel bands. Interior is insulated glass. There are three circles around the inside and one on the bottom; these are not defects, but rather how the glass is affixed to the wood. (Glass liner is not removable).
Fully functional, tested it and it does not leak.
Size is approx. 8inches high from bottom to knob; circumference is 25 inches around widest part. (Can hold a bottle of champagne with room for ice).
Lid is metal with a wooden knob. Lid has a few small dents, scratches and two blue ink marks from normal vintage use. Again, please carefully examine pictures.
Only two owners; believed to be From 1920's-1950's era. Original Thermos brand stamp on bottom, made in Norwich, Conn. Stamped number is 1987.
Makes a great gift for someone who loves antiques.
